Cold "heat" on idle, warm on acceleration

As title says..my heat blows cold on idle, then hot on acceleration.
I'm not overheating so I don't think it's a bad thermostat..
Heatervalve? And yes my car is bled properly to the fullest extent.

Uhhh what engine, what temp thermostat are you using and how cold is it outside?

i've got the same issue....if you figure it out let me know. i ordered a heater valve, hoping it does the trick. I've already replaced the thermostat and bled the system.

Test them. Get a pot of water, put the t-stat in it, and warm it on the stove while monitoring the temp with a thermometer.

Are you losing any coolant? The bleeder valve on my M42 was leaking and it had this problem. I "resealed" the bleeder screw, re-bled the system the ghetto way (cap of the radiator, rev the piss out of the engine) and the problem was fixed.

Two hours later my voltage regulator went. This isn't related but it just goes to show you, you fix one thing on an E30 and without fault a new problem shows up.
