driver's window shuddering when rolling up/down (power)

Started noticing this yesterday. As I rolled down the power window, it starts skipping/shuddering as it goes down. Anyone have this issue or know the cause of it?

We did have an ice storm yesterday, and hoping its just something related to that since the car looked like a glazed donut yesterday.

since you had an ice storm there is good chance water is frozen along the window tracks so it is skipping as it moves up and down. The other thing to consider since ice has possibly formed inside, there may be more then usual resistance on the motor and trackes and the teeth could be skipping as it glides up and down. Get into a underground or heated garage and let the car thaw out. The try the window again.

You could also remove the door panel and then remove the vapor barior and look at the regulator that way. You could also see how much water is in there if there is any.
