As title says. How much would you pay a shop to do the bushings? How much should I expect to be bent over? Issue is its my only car so I need it done in one shot since I work an hour from home.

Guess you mean installed. Here in Dallas, Tx. around 600.00. If thats all you do. RTABS. Links, sway brackets, etc. will run the cost up. If your whole rear needs refreshing at an Indy shop I'd say your looking at around 1.2-1.6k.

DIY the job would run you maybe 300.00 for new OEM. I see your in Chicago. Probably about the same there I would imagine.

Do it yourself it is a fun project !

cheap parts, and you will learn a lot of basic car mechanic doing that....

from what I heard, it is one of the worst thing to do E30 b ut it well worth the effort, transform the car handling....

Can't wait to do mine this summer !! 8-)

Most public libraries in America have "AllData" access. You can look up "book time", or just call a few shops. Ask what their hourly charge is AFTER you ask them for the labor times.

Some shops will not stick to the quoted labor times, some will. If it says 2 hours in alldata, you should be able to get the labor done for $200ish.

the library versions aren't the full edition like a shop would have, its only "somedata" as we call it. just call around and get a qoute or two.
