Worn valve seals will cause a vacuum leak symptom right?

I was thinking today about what kind of symptoms would worn valve seals cause?

The main symptom will be an increase of oil in the intake. Coupled with worn guides that can result in a bit of blue smoke from the exhaust under a trailing throttle.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Ok then I can rule that out. I'm starting to lean towards my dme. I've replaced every gasket and hose on my car but it still has a rough idle and seeks when coming down to idle. But it looks like a vacuum leaks because when the engine warms up it doesn't seek as much. Yesterday at -2 it NEVER smoothened out even with 15 mins of 70 mph highway driving.

I've replaced the ICV and temp sensor. I replaced the cam position sensor because the old one was throwing a light. I need someone to use a computer and check the system making sure the DME is reading the right engine temp.
