not getting a spark past the distributor cap

coil is sending a spark to the cap but thats where it stops none of the cylinders are getting any if anybody had a similar problem please help

have you inspected the cap?

Have you checked for a broken timing belt? If the belt is broken the rotor won't turn to distribute spark to the cylinders.

i replaced the cap and the rotor thinkinng that was the issue but still nothing ! i have not checked the belt yet im gonna do that today i hope thats not the issue!

also check that the plug and coil wires arent shit. that will eat a spark as well
