Ok, I rushed and removed the cambelt looking for a oil leak. Found the oil leak it was front camshaft seal hsg, grrrrrr. But silly me didnt set everthing to TDC. (whoops) I cant remember for the life of me if on the vibration dampner you have the mark, which can see. But I cant see which mark to align that up with. Is it the small 90deg piece bent up coming off the crank postion sensor bracket? Any help would be great, I dont want to have to pull off the vibration dampner to find the mark.

Ok, Im calm ( was a little wound up before,panic stations had set in thinking the worst.)
But it def appears to be the camshaft seal hsg in front. I removed the vibration dampner found the mark again, and paint it in with some red paint. Ok the car has only done 1500 kms on full rebuild, (I didnt do the head, grrr put that into a shop to do) Do I need to replace the cam belt since I have let tention off it etc. Since I didnt remove the original seal and didnt fit the new one, which way round does the seasl go in (just incase its in back to front.) Anyone else had problems with this seal or oring.
