Bolt broken that connects subframe to chassis

One of the bolts in the front that goes through the subframe into the chassis of the car broke. The end of the bolt is screwed into the chassis. To be more exact its the passenger side rear bolt. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have any ideas on how to extract the bolt? I have an easy out and drilled a hole into the center of the bolt best I could. I then tried the easy out but the bolt won't turn. I've squirted a punch of penetrant up into the hole for the night, it drips out but hopefully it might help some when I start on it in the morning

Drilled it out and used a heli-coil on it. All done now.
