When i re-connect the battery terminal the condenser fan turns on and stays on?..i really don't know whats the problem my car has been sitting in my garage and i haven't driven it. If anybody knows what the solution or the reason for this please let me know...

Either something is wrong with the car's wiring or relay K1 or K6 is shorted. If the ignition is off, it doesn't matter what state the A/C button is in. K1 & K6 coil power is only available when the ignition is on.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
