    Rear Sub Frame

what kind of time am i lookin at to drop this bad boy and replace the bushings, mine are totally shot, like pretty much non existant, some what detailed instrustions would be of help, does the diff need to come out, i'm assuming the trailing arms need to come out also.
i know this is a big job but i need to know rough amount of time needed to do this so i can borrow a car from work.

you can do this in a day with help. a weekend by yourself. ive done it in a day but ive done it a couple times. i also am pretty methodical. there are guys that can do it in hours but not me.
i drop the trailing arms separatley but you can take it out as a unit but its a bitch cause it tends to bind .brake lines, emergency brake cables etc have to come off. its a pretty self explanatory job once you get under there. i chose to remove the rubber fuel filler hose and replace it for good measure but i cant recall if i had to or it was just easier. you have a bentley right?

no haynes, the only thing i'm worried about is i'm in canada, (above rust belt) ie brake line fittings are rusted to shit meaning all new brake lines in the rear, good yes and no good there new bad it's going to cost a boat load, does the diff need to come out or just unbolt the driveshaft.

Unbolt the driveshaft and unbolt the diff bushing. You will need help getting it in and out. It is also useful to have a couple jacks.

I spent 9 hours doing it lazily. I replaced the trailing arm and subframe bushings.

The Bentely was basically a "rear suspension for dummies" thing, it was a thought-free process.

I just had to beat on the subframe bushings to get them to fall from the car.
            Im now E30less.
