    How much of a power increase can i expect with aftermarket cams?

      m10 motor, Schrick High Performance Camshaft - 284 Degrees
      and no mods as of yet but i will be putting a ansa catback and CAI kit on the car soon.

            if you want to stay with a 4 cyl you might be better off saving the money for the cam and putting into buying a M42 or M44 with the engine swap alone you'll be getting a HP boost even with a camed M10. being a DOHC 16 valve the M42/M44 is a much more efficient engine over the M10.
