    US and Euro 325e

Is there any difference between the US and Euro 325e? Personally I didn't know that there was a European 325e but I'm about to purchase a parts car that is said to be a Euro. I can't really tell for myself except for the Euro rear bumper (no front), the gages are different (speedometer is in mph but looks different from all others I have seen but the rest of the gage cluster is in metric), and the rear side turn signal was removed. So is this a Euro and if so, can I pull parts off of it and put it on my same year 325e?

Only differences should be cosmetic more or less

Good, because I got a hold of a running car with some front body damage for only $300. I just need it for parts and to take up space.
