Brake Switch

When I start my car the CHECK light blinks, this used to be cleared by pressing the brake. I recently changed out my cluster and now the brake pedal does not clear the CHECK light. Only pressing button on check panel. Not a big deal but I hate having any lights on while driving...especially when they are RED.

If I put key to ACC and press brake it clears...but the second I turn the car on the light blinks again so a revert to above. Is this something with the cluster?

I don't see how it would be a cluster problem, but swapping back the old cluster will tell if that is the case.
