How to install euro plate filler.

What is the correct way to do this? I used the search function and checked around google. didnt find much that gave me direct intructions. Anyone do a write up that I havent found?

    Thanks,

Need to know this too. All I have is it rigged through the license plate holes and through the plate..... Oh, and what a good idea those were, we all know everyone loves the rust that accumulates back there.

Yeah thats what I dont want to happen. I know in my filler there is two holes for screws that go next to the license plate lights and then I have these 2 caps that go in the oblonged holes that have studs for screws. I need to drill a hole for the stud and then get a screw that fits to the stud can expand in the metal and hold it in place. Honestly, i dont want to hack up my car, so Im pretty sure there is an easier way. If thats how everyone else has been doing it, then I might just take that route.
