tach/temp gauges, windows, blower not working

Not sure if these are related, but my tachometer and temp gauge are dead, the blower doesn't work, and the windows only work before the car is started, then they don't. All of these problems were there when I bought the car but I wanna try and fix these, especially if it's nothing major

All of the little fuses (1-30) in the fuse box are okay, haven't checked the big K fuses.

Is there something in common with these issues?
