1991 318is Fuel Pump

My Eta's both have the dual fuel pumps (one inside the tank, one outside the tank). I was under the assumption that the 318is only has a single in-tank fuel pump.

Bavauto has a single fuel pump inside the tank (looks exactly like what I have) for sale.

http://www.realoem.com has a single outside the tank fuel pump (like my Eta's have).

I just want to make sure i'm getting the proper info here and getting the right parts. Thanks!

You have a single in tank pump.

You have to ignore the diagrams in the ETK and realoem. You need to look at the list rather than the picture.

Yea, numbers 9-14 in that diagram is the whole assembaly you have.

Is item number 11 (fuel gauge) included when buying the fuel pump+bracket?

What I did was to change the fuel pump only from another make when mine went south a couple months back.

No the sending unit is not included with the pump. You just remove the old one from the pump and install it in the new pump.
