window motors, late/early/vert

what are the differences? I was wondering if a late vert motor would work in an early 2 door?

^These PN's are for a 92 325i vert (left/right). According to Realoem.com, they only fit convertibles.

Both PN's you posted says they fit sedans and/or coupes but doesn't say it fits convertibles.

well, i guess ill find out tomorrow, im getting a free vert, and my window motor is dying in my car, so im hoping i can swap it.. Ill post here when i know for future reference
