        Thanks, Lennon!

That has got to be the most ungainly motor ever made by BMW!

Do you have something up your sleeve StereoInstaller? There's a running/driving e28 524td over here for sale that's just rotting away. Too many projects otherwise I'd be working on a diesel e30.

Its not very ugly when you see what it can do in a 325iX in the mud...
This is my summer project, got the car, got the motor, building the lift kit now.

                Yeah, I do. I have a M20 E34 Auto...it is a sluuuuug.

It runs flawlessly, shifts perfectly...but damn, this thing is gutless. I believe this may have been the slowest gasoline powered BMW sold in North America.

Since this car will stay automatic, I need to find a small turbo system for it.

I want slow, lazy, low pressure boost...maybe add 50HP, max.

I am gonna do a 7th injector from an ETA to richen it up and add water injection, running on a "hobbs switch", basically no tuning changes at all, but the car is only gonna see about 6lbs max boost.

I want all of it to look stock, too.

Talk to MonkeyMadness, he sells adapter kits to go from a m21 manifold to a m20 head. I have a few m21 manifolds also if you need one.

I do have a downpipe for a m21 manifold with a t3 60/63 turbo ford 5 bolt flange (ford SVO mustang or ebay special) w/ o2 sensor hole

I have a turbo too. (ford and ebay special) plus I have a "turbo delete" pipe, you install it in place of the turbo and it makes your car a normal NA engine again, but you dont have to remove all the manifold and exhaust.

So...I think I need pics and stuff, even if you don't wanna sell.

I was thinking T3, like .62AR, maybe a little smaller. I want the thing to be out of breath at 5800 RPM

                          Ford turbo mounted to it

Stock 524td turbo (right side) ebay special turbo (bottom left side)
