    Need some electrical advice

So I installed Autoloc one touch units for my windows and sunroof. Everything works wonderfully, but now I'm trying to make it where my alarm will shut my windows when armed.

What happens: My alarm has a wire that sends out a pulse of negative charge (ground) when and only when it's armed, which runs to the new one touch modules. The only problem is that my doors unlock when I turn the ignition off which backfeeds the ground through that wire and into the control units. I wont go through how they are linked together, but they are. This makes my windows roll up simply from turning the ignition off.

What I need to do: Prevent ground from being backfed through that wire. It's ground so I'm not sure if a diode would work or not. I need something exactly like a diode though (ground will always go through one way, but can't go back through the other way). I know where to place it, I just need to know if a diode works or not or if I need to somehow set up a relay system.
BTW, I love dealing with electronics, that's why I'm going through the trouble.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Why not connect all the negatives for the windows/pulse for the alarm, then ground those with the negative......maybe?
