    Temperature Gauge Flippin' Out

I recently changed my timing belt and other belts, water pump, thermostat, fuel filter, FPR and when i start the car the temp gauge starts tripping out. I noticed though when I press the gas it goes up to where it supposed to be and stays still but when I let go of the gas it starts fluctuating between where it is supposed to be and the lowest position. Any suggestions of what it might be? Thank you all for your help, Jai

Does it go up and down when you roll up the windows and turn headlights on?
If so mostly likely its a Bad ground on motor side. I think its located on and oil pan bolt... Maybe dirty, clean up and should be ok or replace and mount somewhere else.

My cousin had this problem and that fixed it.

this is a common problem... you'll ahve to take out the cluster and partially take it apart to get to the nut on the back of the temp gauge
