Throw out bearing & pilot bearing?

I have this chattering noise that goes on @ idle but goes away when i depress the clutch. I wanted to know if changing these 2 parts would fix that?

Probably not. It's usually the input shaft bearing and it can't be fixed without rebuilding the transmission. But since it doesn't hurt anything other than your ears it's not worth doing.

I also had a chattering/rattleing sound that sounded like it was coming from the clutch that wend away if I touched the clutch pedal. I replaced the clutch, including pilot bearing, throwout bearing, clutch hoses, slave cyl, master cyl...
The problem was gone after that. I believe the TO bearing was the culprit.

Going away when you 'touched' the pedal means throw out bearing, yes.

He says it goes away when he pushes the pedal. This is the transmission.
