    Possible Blown Radiator

Was driving my daily (Honda Civic) and sitting in parking lot when I saw smoke coming out my wheel well, looked at my temp gauge and was past "H". Let the car cool to inspect(2 hours)...not a large amount of coolant on ground and when taking the cap off it was still somewhat full. Was only about two miles from my house so drove it home and never went past half. So now I'm beginning to think stuck T-stat but after grabbing both hoses they were both warm. Car is not leaking in garage so I'm a bit puzzled any ideas? Thinking of taking it to mechanic in morning to flush out system and give an inspection but would like to get your opinions.

The funniest thing is that this happened at 3:30 and I had a 4:00 exhaust appointment in the e30. Was I pissed I blew something in the civic...NOPE...but I was pissed that I might miss my appointment. Got a ride home, picked up the 30 and it's got some DTM tips now!

yeah the t-stat could be sticky..and make sure your electric fan comes on when it is supposed too. :-)

change tstat and bleed the system. was having a bad over heating problem and swapped the hoses. thought i bled it correctly but kept overheating. tightened all the hoses and bled it again till i finally got it right. (the bleeder valve sucks, i broke mine)

the number one thing I have learned about my 2 (E34 w/M50 and E30 w/M20) is that bleeding the cooling system is something that has to be nearly spot on. It's not difficult, but rather time consuming.
