s50 forged crank pistons and rods

im looking for s50 forged crank pistons and rods... i need them to hold 550-600HP
is there anything you recommend?

The crank is forged, at least the ones I have seen out of the engines have been. JE and Pauter are a couple sources for internals.

Dont ask here, go to an E36 forum. Maybe talk to the Finns. They boost a lot.
