    Aux Fan not jumping

I've tried jumping the green/black wire with the black with no luck, checked fuse 17, 18, 19 and I believe 3 and all fuses are good. Where would be my next step to diagnose the problem?

I believe the green/black is the fan speed wire. I would first put direct power to the fan from a battery source. To make sure it is actually getting power and the motor is still good. chances are you're fan resistor is just blown. Common problem.

What is the easiest way to access the fan directly?

you will see either a silver color bar with two wires going into it held on by two screws. This is your resister. Or it could be a finned black bar with the same two wires. The screws are usually difficult to remove especially with the black resistor. I would turn the screw clockwise first a bit just to break any corrosion and then remove the screws holding the resistor in -if this is the issue you are having with your problem. :-)

Would a blown resistor cause the fan NOT to turn on?

I tested the normal and high speed fans, they BOTH work when I touch the wires together but my normal fan does not turn on when the AC button is on

                I assume that's a relay problem.
