You know when you stall out or your engine suddenly stops the cluster lights up with the "emergency" lights? Mine does that..except when my engine is running perfectly. Kinda when I start the car, then once I get to like 2.5K RPM it'll go away. But it just stays on for a little. It doesn't affect anything, just abnormal.

Think so? My alternator seems to be working perfectly, battery is always charged real well. Tensioning it wouldn't hurt.

Which lights come on? Mentioning that would help.

Parking Brake, Brake Fluid, and Battery.
I've never seen my parking brake light go on since I have no E-brake (shoes are dead and have been since I bought the car), Brake reservoir is topped off, and my battery is always charged 100%

              Alternator.
It's not exciting until 2.5k. Could be alternator ground (Doubtful), alternator itself, or the belt slipping (You'd hear it). As previously mentioned
Start it up, DON'T REV IT, and measure your battery voltage. If it isn't at the alternator typical output of 13.3-14.4 volts, you know the culprit.
Then rev it up, and measure again. And notice the difference
