I'm not sure, might try realoem, but judging by the duct tape you have strategically placed at various points on the intake, it might be the least of your concerns...
It appears there is some kind of latch on it, id say pull the part, get the bmw part number off of it, and reference said part that way.

Duct tape is win. I'd say its better to have a duct taped intake hose then have a 2000rpm idle. I don't really have much money to replace shit, including this gay ass Barometer sensor. I'd still be driving this broken ass E30 then an SRT4 neon, because those are gay.
