    blower motor not working

my blower doesn't work. none of the settings will blow out at all (1,2,3,4 are all dead). ocassionally when if i hit a large bump in the road it will work just like normal but as soon as i turn the car off and get back in to restart, it's back to not working at all.

bad resistor? bad blower motor? i dont know jack about this shit.

take out the resistor pack and clean it off with alcohol swabs, did that and mine works fine.

If it was the resistor, it should work on 4 only. Sounds to me like its a dead motor... If you have a DMM check and see at the motor if the plug for it gets power at all. If it does, then the motor is bad, if it doesnt, you got somethin else wrong.

Yeah I had the same problem in mine. First ordered and replaced a resistor which seemed to help then the motor (which was sqealing like an old man struck by lighting) finally died a peacefull death...and I put in a brand spankin new blower.... nice cool, quiet air blowing through. aahhh.
