    Swapping tachs

I need a 325i cluster for my b25 swap, and finding a good cluster w/ kmh read out is nearly impossible.
So I was wondering if I could buy a 325i speedo and swap that into my 325e cluster? Or vice versa?

Also, can I use the eta cluster with the b25 until I find a cluster? Or will it not work?

    Thanks.

I know that you can swap internal parts between VDO or Motometer clusters, but I don't know if you can swap internals between an VDO or Motometer. As long as you find the same make of cluster you should be able to use the tach in your cluster.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

You need the coding plug to go with the tach. As long as the coding plug and tach match, it should work.
