    Wiper problems

When I fire up the car, the wipers will kick onto low speed, and will not shut off. If i flip the stalk up too high speed the wipers to go faster, but below low speed has no effect.

I have narrowed it down to the relay. As the stalk still seems to still be able to affect the wipers rate if speed.

I basically just need to know where the wiper relay(s) are located. I left my Bentley in Orlando, and have no way of getting it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's the big long relay in the fuse box on the passenger-most side.

Alright, just tried to swap the relays but it had no effect.

I assume now that the stalk is bad. Am I on the right track?

Let me know what you think.

My stalk was bad, but they didn't work at all and the relay did.

Some things that could be wrong.

I turn it on and the windshield wipers start moving. I thought "oh well left them on this morning"..(Its been snowing here a bunch lately) went to flick the switch down to turn them off but it was already in the off position.
There always on in the lower speed (non intermittent)
Now if i turn the switch to the fastest setting, they speed up.
If i turn it to the intermittent setting, they stay moving, but don't slow down.

all i did was just replace the wiper stalk with a used one and it worked great after that.
