No lights, power, or anything after coil change

So I changed out my coils, messed with the exhaust, and did some work on my ac. To do this I had to remove my battery. (E36/5) I put everything back in and I go to turn on the car and nothing. I reseated all my relays and fuses and the car turned on. Went around the block came back and turned off the car. Cleaned up my tools and when I went to go turn it on again, it clicked once and everything went black. I opened my hood and when I shut it, the lights on the dash flickered on for a sec then went out.

I solved the issue but what do you think it was?

Alright well if no one wants to take a stab at it, it was a bad ground from the frame to the negative terminal on the battery.

Remember - Always check your grounds!
