Flywheel bolts are not stretch bolts. They can be reused.

And yes, there is a bushing that can be replaced in the small end of the rods.

However, since the cost of doing this stroker seems to be rising, and I have other stuff to purchase on top of this - it will have to wait until next summer :(

I leave for college on the 25th, so I'd have until then to get the engine completely rebuilt, back into the car...among other things.
