e30 Thermostat instalation

Changed my Thermostat, i believe i put it in right, but doesnt seem like it.

Anyone know which way the thermostat goes in?

thank you, thats accouly how i had it in, but put the gasket inside, instead of outside, but it works now.

Yeah the o-ring fits on the lip of the stat on the outside.

im in same grunge i dont know wer this arrow is on thermostat as mine doesnt have one on the actual thermostat but i see arrow on bleeder valve and the housing
