car jolts when letting off and going on gas.

whenever i'm coasting and i push in the gas the car jolts. and when i let off the gas it also jolts like something in the driveshaft is loose.
what could this be? guibo maybe?

Maybe im totally off base here, but it could be your subframe bushings, or maybe your diff bushing. Not ruling out the guibo though, when was it replaced last?

When was the last time you replaced the flex disc/guibo?

Also possible candidates..

One way or another - OP will need to LOOK at the possible candidates - or take the car to a shop for inspection.

i'll take a look at everything that was mentioned.
this car was just bought very recently and doesn't have records so i can't tell when anything has been replaced. unfortunately.

Could be loose diff internals too, or the joints (driveshaft to g'box and driveshaft to diff)

Engine mounts are cheap, easy, and commonly a cause of that sort of feeling, however there are other things mentioned above such as sloppy gears+bushings that could also generate the issue. Engine mounts are a great first step though.
