    Mystery Connectorz

The project thread is generating views but no replies, so posting in GT might me some answers.

    Onto the mystery solving:

    Exhibit A

After some late night parts shopping, I believe I solved that one myself, looks to be the oil level sensor? Am I correct? I have an oil light in the diagnostic panel but not in the dash. I monitored the oil level as we made our way back home and everything was fine.

    Exhibit B

This time a 2 prongs connector coming from the fuse box. What is it for?

Bonus question: The cap of the brake fluid reservoir seems to have the leftover of some kind of .... connector  Again what is the deal here?

    Exhibit C

I believe those are relays and they are from the same loom that the AFM connector comes from. Is there some kind of cover for them? I'd like to give the engine bay some kind of cleaning to remove the years of grime and grease but rather not put fluids where they shouldn't go.

    Thanks for listening!

i think you need to look at a car with a clean and complete engine bay.

Believe me, I wish I had that luxury.

Will just cover them when cleaning the engine bay then.

Engine does run, it made the return trip, over 500 miles. Idle is not smooth, much happier when warm, must be gentle on gas in lower gears or wants to die.

Will be changing SI batteries, cause not all gauges are working, tach being one of them.

SI batteries are for the service light. No point. Plug that open plug next to the relays into the AFM , your car should run a lil better.

Misunderstanding here, I took off the AFM plug out when I checked the air filter. I am a noob at e30s but not that of a noob ;)
