Need new auxillary fan for my a/c, stick with stock or spal or?

I need to replace my fan. It occassionally gets stuck and the bearings are making some noise. This is the electric auxillary fan that is in front of the condensor. Should I just put in stock or is there a better option that bolts right up or with little effort? Thanks.

Thanks. Can I trouble you for a little more info? Why do I need the 366 colder temp switch and do I still need to buy the wiring kit for the spal? Do I use the factory fan resistor? Thanks.

Has anyone mounted their spal fan to the condenser as a simple stock replacement?
