Please suggest a bmw specialist for decking head and valve job NY/CT/NJ

I am 1 hour north of NYC and would like to bring the head to someone who knows what they are doing. This is for a stock M20. Thanks.

Guy is super cool, the work was good and priced right.

I'm probably going to take my m20 head there for a 3 angle + new seals.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is a 3 angle and what are the benefits? Thanks man.
OK, it seems like a 3 angle is the standard head rebuild, right?
