problem - high idle after a long trips

My car will sometimes high idle on a hot day after a highway trip. Not all the time. And it mostly will never do it if Im just buzzing around town. But let say I jump on the highway for 20 mins. It will most likely idle high when I get off.

Vac leak?

ICV, TPS, Cam PS, O2 sensor, Temp Sensor are all new.

Its an M44.

a m44? check for intake leaks and clean the ICV.

intake boot is brand new. intake manifold gasket is brand new. pcv and hoses are brand new. valve cover gasket is brand new. ICV is brand new. Everything but DISA and the intake manifold and the throttle body is new.
