Steering rack!!! Replace the knuckle and it will go away. Did this to a car awhile ago same issues you are having.

I dont get mechanically how a steering knuckle can cause an oscillating vibration. I must take apart an E30 knuckle to find out.

Very strange vibration I cannot pinpoint...
