    Brake caliper seizing?

I've noticed the past couple of times I started my car, there will be a slight squealing for a few seconds and then it's fine. This morning I parked on a hill and was going to 'roll' my car down to it's usual spot. I had it in neutral, e-brake off but the car started off really slow with some definite friction, it gained a little speed and I pulled up the ebrake and got a loud squeal from seemingly the rear(this could be unrelated since they are 2 diff braking systems) I started the car and pulled off, with some slight resistance, the car was fine after turning the corner(5-10 seconds)

Caliper going bad? BTW I had just had all 4 pads and rotors replaced in the past 4 months with a brake fluid flush

The parking brake or a caliper could be sticking if it was a rear wheel. If it was a front wheel it would have to be a caliper. At this point I'd say that you don't know which it is.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I would suspect a restricted brake hose to a caliper. If a hose is coming apart internally, the hose residue keeps the fluid from flowing back to the master cylinder. If the hoses are the same age as the old calipers, they need replaced.
