brand new auxillary fan is blowing 15 amp fuse, need help.

I bought a fan from autohauz. I just installed it, hooked up the radiator temp sensor and the fan sensor and it keeps popping fuses. Was there something else I forgot to wire up? The car originally had a bosch fan with the bosch resistor and the new fan came with another style resistor, but the 3 prong plugs are the same. Any ideas?

There are four fuses associated with the aux fan:

#3 (30a)
#18 (30a)
#19 (7.5a)
#20 (30a)

None of those are supposed to be 15a. What fuse is failing?

I don't have my book here, but my bentley did say which fuse it was and I believe it was accurately a 15a blue fuse. It was an original fuse. I replaced it with a new blade fuse and it also immediately popped. The car is not near me right now, or else I would tell you exactly which fuse, but I am pretty sure that the bentley showed that one of the auxillary fan fuses are 15amp. The book has it as one of the first few fuses on the right hand side of the page. Unfortunately, the book and the car are 15 miles from here. Are you sure about those fuses? Thanks man.

I found an online diagram that shows fuse #3 is 15amp and I am pretty sure that is the one that pops. Look at post number 4.

Futher checking shows a 15a fuse in position 3 in the ETK.

The fan was delivered with the high and low speed wiring crossed. I moved the pins in the connector and it works perfect. Another guy on e30tech had the same problem.
