Quick control arm bushing q's

So I'm about to install these urethane bushings and I dont know where the big end goes.
Is this right? or other way? Oh while I'm here, does anyone have a picture of where to align the holes for m3 offset ones? because these didn't come with arrows.

The holes on M3 bushings are on the bolt side.
