Found 2 hoses under the intake manifold that have good cracks in them, I tried to replace the fuel pressure regulator and it was just spewing gas out so I may have gotten the wrong regulator, it looks the same, or similar...I'm going to find what hoses those are and order them and see if this fixes my issue.Comment

It's gotten better after a new FPR, still not fixed...I still havent checked the vacuum leak though, i'm hoping to do that this week.Comment

It's gone back to being just as bad if not worse since the FPR...I've ordered the fuel check valve after reading about the same problem in some other BMW's, i'm hoping this works, if not i'll be testing my coils/ignition system when I can find the time.Comment

I have a similar issue now on my 92 325ic. When warm it turns overe and over and over but wont fire. If i stop turning it over and start again, it starts right away.

i guess from what i have been reading, it can be a couple of things... FPR, coil, intake hoses... make sure they are all in good shape and test test test before you buy parts... way to many people end up replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.. unless you have that kind of money.. in which case... haha, well buy all the parts and get it done...
i would start with the fuel side, check FPR pressure, maybe ohm out the coil, and then check for vaccum leaks... triple check and go from there..
finding stuff like this is fun for me, but i am not sure if that applies to you too..
have fun, be safe and good lucksigpicComment
