    bottle above rear tire???????????

    What is that bottle above the rear passenger tire do? If its a windshield wash bottle or something stupid, its coming off.

      No man, I found a bottle that looks like either a coolant reservoir or a windshield wash bottle up in the wheel well of my passenger side rear tire. WTF indeed.

          it has 3 hoses attached to it, and i think they are to vent the gas line going to the tank or something.

                    It's a source for rust holes to start. I filled a ton of holes in that wheel well because of all of the screws holding in the expansion tank and fuel lines. what a mess.

                      do you really need an expansion tank? you got me thinking that may be my gas leak. I have to pull the tank anyways, but it seems to be the affected area.

                        Yeah, its a vapor recovery tank or some such. I just got a service manual. Major rust producer though.
