A/C dryer question

I see we have two styles for our cars and I accidentally ordered the one with the M9 plug.

Is there any other way to make it work its hot And I dont want to order more parts. I dont want to wait to return and have them ship it back.

I thought it was a late model one because of they way they wrote it on there applications but I guess I was wrong.

Ok one more question. can you jumper the high pressure switch like the low pressure? I was wondering if this would get me by till the new switch comes? Im just sick of no a/c
