    How to test Aux Fan?

    ALCON,

I have the Aux Fan mechanism out of the E30 as I refresh the cooling system. I want to ensure that the Aux Fan is working properly before I install it again. Before I bought the car I didn't see it ever coming on.

Any suggestions how to test it?

    Thanks in advance.

It's off the car and no power to it . Should I connect it to 12v from a battery?

Hook it back up and turn the AC on, it should turn on.
