    More charging problems

I think it has something to do with my OBC staying on and my active check panel staying on long after the key has been removed, sound like an SI battery board? My speedometer is/has been acting funny(intermitent) and my fuel gauge only goes up to a little past half way. I need to be able to drive my car for more than two days before having to recharge the battery.

You have a short that keeps the swtiched power on at all times and is draining the battery. Try unplugging the hazards swtich and see if the stuff turns off.

thanks, I will go around and unplug switches to see if any of them turn off the OBC and ceiling active check panel. Where are some of the other ground points? I replaced the battery ground cable and I am planning on replacing most of the others to see if it doesnt help

It doesnt sound like a grounding or charging problem. You are simply getting drained by a short somewhere. If the hazard swtich doesnt do it, pull fuses one at a time until it shuts off and then track items on that fuse circuit.

Do the bentley repair mauals have wiring diagrams in them? I need to buy one and its a shame that I havent yet. But I bet that there is a whole bunch of useful stuff in it. I just my battery charged for the umteenth time so I can trace down the circuit as soon as I get my battery back in my car.
