need some help. AUX Fan & Power Steering

whats up guys..
i just had my AC serviced but my mechanic told me i need a new AUX fan,
apparently mine has been damaged in a pervious accident.

ECS tuning has a couple of fans to choose from,
but i was wondering which would be the best to go with.
anyone have experience with changing their AUX Fan?

also my power steering went out on me yesterday.
my belt snapped off but im having trouble finding a DIY for replacing the belt
any help would be much appreciated.

ps belt is easy. Loosen the three 13mm bolts holding it in place, back off tensioner (attached to one of the bolts) slip old belt off, installation is the reverse.
