I'm doing my wheel bearings, and I bought the harbor freight tool, but I'm stumped on how install/remove the bearings with this tool. Please help, I'm on a tight deadline to finish. Thanks in advance.

Rear wheel bearings.
Thanks for the help, yes it's that tool, no instructions so I asked. But in the process of trying to rear install my bearings I ruined both of them, FAG too. Oh well, time to go to the mechanic, get out while your ahead right?
Edit: I understand the removal, it's how I got them out, but the installation confuddles me.

Do not use anything involving impact during installation, which means no hammers, no rocks, no air-chisel's.
go right ahead and smash the bad ones out, but you need to gradually and smoothly crank the new bearings into the housing with a threaded rod and a plate which is large enough to apply pressure to the outer race. I was able to use a similar tool to what you have along with a threaded rod, some washers, nuts and misc. objects to get it all to work. but one of those discs was just about 2 mm smaller O.D. than the bearing itself and worked perfectly. If you only apply pressure to the inner race when installing them then you will likely have issues with the bearing.

I placed a large thick washer on the back(differential side of the hub) that was bigger than the hub opening, then another washer on the bearing, the same size as the bearing. When you tighten it down the force will 'pull' the washer on the bearing closer to the hub, keep going until its all the way in.
