    Car doesnt start when hot

I think the problem is a sticky starter OR ignition switch.....here is why:

When its cold and below like 90 degrees outside, the car will start infinitely.
When its hot outside and the car has been driven the key will not crank the car, you can turn light/windows/everything else on. It acts as if you didnt even turn the key to the third position to bump the starter or whatever the key turning does.

I can get away with jumping the diagnostic connector pins 11&14 and it will start the car when i have the key forward, HOWEVER, when its really hot like 98 degrees+, it will not do anything and my jumper wire gets hot, indicating something is resisting....

The starter not running via the diag connector says that the problem is in the starter.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
