should I stuff foam between evaporator tube and expansion valve to accumulate the moisture??

I have a similar leak and I think it is the seal that is for the expansion valve /evaporator box.

fix the water leak by pushing evaporator in more.

also ensure that the drains are clear, you can see one of them in your picture above. clogged drains will ensure that it leaks everywhere you dont want it to
