Windshield Wiper Problem

I was driving today and all of a sudden my windshield wipers actuated once. The stalk had been moved up to the fastest setting I realized. I played with the stalk and could only randomly get the windshield wipers to move.

Where's the relay?

Also, I can hit the cruise control stalk and the windshield wipers will move pretty frequently.

The relay is in the Fuse box in the Engine compartment. It's the long skinny one. Pluck it out and sniff to see if it smells "toasty".

It's odd that hitting the CC stalk will actuate the Wipers.

Yeah its not the relay. I opened it up and it looks good, smells "normal".
